Enquiry form/email is my preferred and most reliable contact method.
A text message can be sent upon request advising that an enquiry form has been answered but all further correspondence is to continue through e-mail - no WhatsApp messages please. This provides a streamlined written record of all discussions in one place - for benefit of both parties.
I am of course always happy to talk over the phone within my working hours (Mon-Fri 9.30am-2pm) and follow up with emails.

As a small home based business I work strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Appointments are held on Monday between 9.30am-2pm & 4.30pm-7pm & also Friday between 9.30am-2pm.
*All appointments are subject to availability.
*Please be aware late appointment times are limited & often booked months in advance.
*Appointment times & availability will vary during school holidays
I am unable to accommodate weekends.
